Terms of Service


Effective Date: January 1, 2025


By using the services of Swiftly Clean LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure quality, safety, and consistency in our work.


1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Your information is used solely to provide the services you hire us for, unless required by law.


2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas within 7 days at no additional cost. If you’re still unsatisfied, we’ll issue a full refund.


3. Security

We take the security of your home seriously. To ensure smooth access, please choose one of the following methods:

  • Be present to let us in on the day of service.
  • Provide us with a key, lockbox, or garage code.
  • Leave a key under a mat or pot for us to use and return.


4. Referrals

We love referrals! If you refer us to friends or neighbors, you could receive bonuses or discounts as a thank-you for your support.


5. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Zelle and Company Checks.


6. Cancellation/Rescheduling

To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 business hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.


7. Electricity and Water

We cannot clean effectively without electricity or running water. Please ensure your home has both on the day of service. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.


8. Preparing for Cleaning

To help us focus on quality, please:

  • Clear floors and surfaces of clutter (e.g., clothing, toys, small items).
  • Set your A/C to 68-72°F during summer months for our team’s safety.


9. Pets

We love pets but ask that you:

  • Secure pets that may be overwhelmed or pose a safety risk.
  • Inform us of any special arrangements for your pets during cleaning. Note: We do not clean up after sick pets or pet accidents.


10. Products

We use plant-based, biodegradable cleaning products for safety. Stronger products may be used with your permission.


11. Breakage

We take great care to prevent breakage, but accidents can happen. Please:

  • Remove unstable or fragile items from areas we clean.
  • Report breakage within 30 days for repair or replacement.


12. Insurance

We carry $1 million in General Liability Insurance. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.



13. Service Limitations

For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot:

  • Climb higher than a two-step ladder.
  • Disassemble furniture, appliances, or fixtures.
  • Lift items over 15 lbs.
  • Perform restoration, extermination, or mold remediation services.


14. Pricing

  • First-Time Service: Based on home size and condition. We’ll notify you if additional time is needed, And if additional charges apply
  • Recurring Service: Fixed rates for regular visits. Prices may be adjusted if work volume changes.


15. Non-Solicitation Agreement

To protect our team and business, you agree not to solicit our employees for private work for one year after their employment ends. Violation of this policy will result in a $2,500 fee and termination of services.


16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
