    Payment options: Credit/Debit, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Company Check, and Cash 

  • When is my clean supposed to be paid?

    Your clean will be charged after the cleaning services are completed, at the end of every clean.

  • What if something is broken during the cleaning?

    Rest assured, Swiftly Clean LLC is fully insured and bonded. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement for any accidental breakage, We must be notified prior to the cleaners leaving, to qualify for coverage.

  • How many cleaners will you send?

    For recurring cleanings, we typically send 1-2 cleaners. For initial cleanings, we send a small team to ensure a thorough job. 1-4

  • What’s the difference between Initial Cleaning and Recurring Cleaning?

    Initial Cleaning: A deep clean to get your home super clean and ready for maintenance.

    Recurring Cleaning: Regular maintenance to keep your home clean and fresh.


  • Do you accept tips?

    Tips are not expected but are greatly appreciated by our hardworking team.

  • What’s the first step to start recurring cleaning?

    We’ll schedule a property walkthrough to assess your home’s condition and tailor our services to your needs.

  • Do you offer carpet cleaning?

    Yes, we offer carpet cleaning as part of our services.

  • Do you use eco-friendly products?

    Yes, we use eco-friendly and green cleaning products, especially upon request.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

    We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. If you have a particular cleaning supplies you want us to use, you may supply them during your clean.

  • What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

    We are closed on holidays and will reschedule your cleaning for the next available date.

  • Are there any tasks you won’t perform?

    Areas with biohazard waste (e.g., animal or human waste).

    Windows higher than 15 feet.

  • What time will my cleaning take place?

    We schedule residential cleanings between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We do not clean late evenings for residential cleans. For Commercial Cleans we schedule them after business hours.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, you don’t need to be home. Most clients provide us with a lockbox code, garage code, or key for access.

  • What if I need to cancel my cleaning?

    We kindly ask for 2-3 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation fee, but we appreciate your cooperation to help us manage our schedule.

  • Do you offer Airbnb cleaning services?

    Yes, we specialize in Airbnb cleaning to ensure your property is guest-ready. Our services include thorough cleaning, restocking essentials, and ensuring a welcoming environment for your guests.

    Absolutely! Our move-in/move-out cleaning services are designed to leave your home spotless, whether you’re moving in or out. We handle everything from deep cleaning to sanitizing all surfaces.

    Our deep cleaning service covers every corner of your home, including baseboards, inside appliances, and hard-to-reach areas. It’s perfect for homes that need a thorough refresh.

  • Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

    Yes, we use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Just let us know your preference when booking.

  • How often should I schedule recurring cleaning?

    We recommend recurring cleaning every 1-2 weeks for busy households or monthly for light maintenance. We’ll customize a schedule that fits your needs.

    Yes, we provide post-construction cleaning to remove dust, debris, and leftover materials, leaving your space clean and ready to use.

    Our office cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking restrooms to maintain a professional and healthy workspace.

  • Do you offer same-day cleaning services?

    Yes, we offer same-day cleaning services for urgent needs, Normal rates for emergency cleans do not apply, they are quoted on a per-job basis. This does not apply to Air Bnb contracts.  Contact us to check availability and book your cleaning ASAP!
